Gambero Rosso Florence Bar in Ranking

Three bars in Florence have been included in the special guide of Gambero Rosso. In 1986, Gambero Rosso’s redaction started to publish a supplement of the newspaper “Il Manifesto”. Since then, the guide of Gambero Rosso has become one of the most important guide for food and wine in Italy. Every year, a group of experts select best restaurants in Italy. In recent years, they have begun also evaluate finest bars. In the edition 2017/2018, also three bars of Florence entered in the ranking of prestigious guide: Atrium Bar & Lounge of Four Season Hotel; The Winter Garden Bar of St. Regis Hotel and the bar in Campi Bisenzio called “Tuttobene”. These approval arrived to reward the excellent service of staff working and the high-quality level of their breakfast. Very important for this evaluating has been the quality of coffee and, precisely for this reason, Gambero Rosso awarded also best suppliers of coffee. In recent years, bars and bakeries in Florence have paid particular attention to the cake business producing high-quality products, so it is not surprising that award. The most decorated region in Italy is Lombardy, with 9 bars included in the guide. Gambero Rosso has rewarded also best coffee-suppliers.
