Wellness is trending in 2019 and will continue to trend for many years to come! I talk frequently about Wellness and wellness Travel on this blog so I wanted to put together a gift guide including some of the items that I can't without when traveling! I seriously fell in love with these vitamins. I really can't take traditional vitamins from Frunutta because I hate having to swallow a bunch of pills every morning.
