The Chief Minister of Sikkim and the Governor of Sikkim have expressed deep grief in the passing of the Lata Mangeskar, the Legendary Singer of Indian Cinema. The state have released a notification to observe two days mourning where no entertainment event shall be held on these two days and the national flag shall remain in half mast.
