The problem generally faced by all of us is that we have multiple email id, for example you might be using  1 gmail, 1 yahoo , 1 hotmail id , Aol , Yandex Mail and service from Mail.com.

In this post I would be making you aware of the trick that I personally use in order to get emails from all the places at one and also I would be able to send emails from different email id as well.

Creating the Email ID in Hostgator

I personally use hostgator as my hosting service provider, so I would be demonstrating the process here.

• Login to your control panel.
• Go down to “Mail” menue and select “Email Accounts”.

• Select you domain for which you are creating the email id.
• And fill the details and click on “Create Account”.
• Here I am creating email id as : “[email protected]”

• Now after your account is created.
• If you will scroll down, you find your email is created.

• Now we will try to find the configuration setting for this email.
• It is important to find the configuration settings as we will use the same in order to map it to our email client.

• So you need to click on “Configure Email Client”.
• Now it will show some automatic settings, well you need to scroll down.
• And you will find this tab”Manual Settings”.
• There it is, these are the most important details that you have to note down or just take a screenshot.

Now we have successfully created a email id for our website. Our next step would be to map it to our microsoft outlook webmail.

If you dont have a microsoft email id, then I would recommend you to create one.

Microsoft Account Creation.

We will be using miscrosoft id for mapping all the email ids that yuou have. We will be able to receive and send all the emails using the microsoft account id.

How To Merge Email Accounts In Outlook

So the steps that I will show you are just simple steps. Just dont skip any of the steps.

After following these steps you would be able to answer how to merge email accounts in outlook .

• Login to your microsoft account.
• Go to settings menu.

• Then you need to go to : Mail>Accounts > Connected Accounts.

And once your account is connected you would be knowing  how to forward multiple emails in hotmail.

Here you will find two options 1 : Gmail and 2 : Other Accounts.
If you want to map your gmail account then you can choose “Gmail” option but since we are using the hostgator for this step, we will use “Other Accounts ” option.

• Now you need to select “Other email accounts”.
• And now you needto connect the account created in hostgator.
• You have to put your email id and password.

One you have filled in all the details.

• You have to choose the connection type (I prefer POP)

Now if your credentials are correct, then you would be redirected to this page.

• You have to fill all information.
• Display Name
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Then you need to choose “create new folder for imported details”.(It will be easy to identify different accounts)
• You should also check “Leave a copy of message on the server”.
  
• Then you will have to fill the server information that you got from Manual Settings.
  

As soon as you complete the information hit Ok.

If the information provided by you is correct you will see a success tab like this.

And finally you will find your new email in the side menu of your Microsoft Account.

How To Add Connect And Sync Gmail To Hotmail

In this part we will learn how to add connect and sync gmail to hotmail. After you go through this part of the post you will be able to answer : How do I link email accounts – Gmail and Hotmail ?

Again you need to login and go to connected accounts as showen below

• Login to your microsoft account.
