The New feature (currently being tested) will allow employers who are administrators to post job openings which anyone can submit an application. The sweet part about this is that, the entire application and recruiting process is done on Facebook. If you're already familiar with LinkedIn, You're about to get a similar experience you get on LinkedIn. That is, The ability to post job openings as an employer and the ability to apply for jobs as a job seeker. Although It is not unclear If this new Facebook will be free because LinkedIn utilises it's job platform to make it's own revenue.
