The French OEM, Archos has introduced another device in its Oxygen tablet lineup at the ongoing IFA 2016. The company has unveiled Archos 133 Oxygen tablet with a 13.3 full HD display priced at EUR 179.99 (roughly Rs. 13,400). The tablet will be available for sale from November on company’s own website and its distribution channel worldwide.

The newly released Archos 133 Oxygen is the largest tablet in its Oxygen series with a 13.3 full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. The capacitive display of 133 Oxygen tablet sports Multi-Touch support of 10 points. The experience of 3D games and 4K videos on Archos 133 Oxygen will be enhanced by PowerVR SGX6110 GPU.

The device runs on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS which is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core Rockchip processor coupled with a 2GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The device can add up to 128GB of storage via microSD cards.

On the camera front, the Archos 133 Oxygen features a 5MP primary camera with LED Flash and a 2MP camera at front panel for selfies and video calling functions. The tablet has a 10000mAh battery and weighs around 1.17kg. The company has claimed to deliver an average of 5 hours video playback on this device.

Connectivity option includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, Micro HDMI, Wi-Fi Direct, and GPS.

Archos has also showcased its latest budget smartphone, Archos 50 Saphir at the pre-IFA 2016 event, recently. The device will be available in October in Europe at the price of 99 Euros (roughly Rs. 7,350). The smartphone offers highly water resistant features and it is claimed to survive beneath 1m of water for a period of up to 30 minutes as it comes with IP68 certification.

The Archos 50 Saphir offers a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with the power of 1.5GHz quad-core processor by MediaTek. The device has a 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage. The smartphone offers a 13MP primary rear camera with a 5MP front camera.
