Why should you consider backing up your files?
From viruses and software bugs, to hardware failure or human error, there are many potential dangers waiting to trash your files. And if the worst happens - you lose your important business documents, personal photos, your music, your videos, in short everything.  Then that could be a real disaster. That is why it's a very necessary to back up your PC on a regular basis.
In the Previous post, I have explained about how to protect your crucial data from unexpected disasters using a cloud storage like Google Drive.
Storing your data into Google Drive or any other online storage will be a lifesaver in situations when your data is not accessible on your computer.
OneDrive — formerly known as SkyDrive — was added to the Windows desktop in Windows 8.1. Save your files here and they’ll be stored online tied to your Microsoft account. You can then sign in on any other computer, smartphone, tablet, or even via the web and access your files. Microsoft wants typical PC users “backing up” their files with OneDrive so they’ll be available on any device.
You can also use third-party backup software, if you want to back up your files, folders and/or partitions to an external drive or back up your files to online storage.
