The new Google Nexus 5 (2015) and Nexus 6 (2015) are supposed to be launched in the end of September as the rumours speak. According to a CNET report, the new Nexus 5 and a bigger Nexus 6 will be released soon at an event at San Francisco on 29th September reportedly. 2015’s Nexus 5 is the phone Android diehards have been looking forward to the most and a new leak confirms that the new device won’t burn a hole through their wallets. One of Android Authority’s sources has confirmed that Google plans to unveil the new Nexus, which will be “probably” called the Nexus 5X, on September 29th. Even better, the source says the new device will be priced starting at $400, which means it will be quite affordable for a flagship device.

New LG Nexus 5 (2015) Features

According to GizmoChina, the new LG-made Nexus 5 (2015) model will have a 5.2-inch P-OLED screen with Full HD (1080x1920p) resolution and will run on the upcoming Snapdragon 620 processor. It is said to have up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB eMMC 5.1 built-in storage. Its connectivity features will include Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and Wi-Fi, along with the Mediatek MT3188 charging receiver.

It also boosts a 13MP rear camera with IMX278 RGBW sensor, 6-element f/1.8 aperture lens, optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, and dual-tone LED flash. The front camera will have 4MP resolution and OV4682 RGB-IR sensor; it will also be among the few smartphones with Iris Detector (Fujitsu already has a phone with iris scanner in the market). It comes up with frontal speakers and a fingerprint sensor for unlocking.

Huawei Nexus Phone Rumoured Features

While we talk about the Huawei-made Nexus smartphone, it will have a 5.7-inch QHD (1440x2560p) screen, metal unibody design, 21MP rear camera with IMX230 sensor and Rezence/WiPower wireless charging.

It is expected that Google will take the covers off the two Nexus smartphones around September end this year. The two Nexus phones will be the first to get Android M, the next version of Google’s free mobile OS.
