Nowadays every project uses some sort of coding method instead of painting it to the HTML canvas. The requirement is to build something that follows traditional and cultural Development. If the project is coded improperly it is quite often that we throw it away and start over. The cost to fix all problems can be costly, so why make these errors. Avoid those improper coding methods and produce something that shines out.
1: Unqualified Developers:
Hiring developers randomly could get you a jack of all trades and master of none guy. Ensure you hire the most skilled and craftiest developer to take on the project. Many Mobile applications and web developments fail due to a major leakage in this area.
2: Source Core or Hacking Core:
Hacking is now changing the source code structure. When an unqualified developer doesn’t know how to work on stuffs he hacks the code to make them work. This generates a number of problems and also affects the quality of your product design.
If a developer fixes a problem and another stood up, it is most likely the result of a lot of hacks. Doing so will make it impossible for site updates due to the bug fixes and security. It also makes it tricky for those who come in later to uphold the site and could possibly leave the site to be exploited.
3: Lack of Good Project Management:
The project Manager is the key member in a project. Roles such as planning, monitoring and control of exposure are in his hands. The project manager should understand what the client wants to have. Without a proficient project manager the track may go off the track that ends in a disaster. A good project manager publishes weekly progress and keeps everything n its right track.
4: Designing Without Function:
There are numerous designs that are hard to be built or are just too expensive. It is best to first wireframe what you want and then act. Proper planning and then development helps in many cases. Work with a designer with a designated role assigned, this will make your mobile application or the Web Design more functional and effective.
5: Unclear Requirements:
Everyone is just so ready to go with projects but they all don’t think that how it will work under different scenarios and circumstances. Make sure you have a detailed planning exercise before you start creating something. Make sure you are building something that is what your client want not what you want. Work according to their desires not yours.
