Black Panther, the first solo movie of the Wakanda hero, will hit theaters on February 16. Little by little the viewer has learned some small details of the film directed by Ryan Coogler but the duration of the film was still unknown … until now.
The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has confirmed the official duration of Black Panther, which will be 134 minutes (2 hours and 14 minutes). The film thus becomes one of the longest in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) just behind Captain America:Civil War, which lasts 147 minutes, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, whose footage is 136 minutes.

THE THRONE OF WAKANDA
Black Panther tells the story of T’Challa who, after the events of Captain America:Civil War, returns home, to the nation of Wakanda, isolated and very technologically advanced, to be proclaimed King. But the reappearance of an old enemy tests T’Challa’s temper as King and Black Panther as he is dragged into a conflict that endangers the entire destiny of Wakanda and the world.
Chadwick Boseman returns to play Black Panther after giving life to the character in Captain America:Civel War. Along with him, the acting cast includes Michael B. Jordan playing the villain of the film Erik Killmonger; Martin Freeman will return to give life to Everett K. Ross; Lupita Nyong’o plays Nakia, one of the king’s bodyguards; Danai Gurira gives life to Okoye, the head of the personal security body of T’Challa.
He will also return to the Marvel Universe Andy Serkis, who wil also return to the Marvel universe Andy Serkis, who will repeat the role of Ulysses Klaue who has already incarnated in Avengers: the Ultron era.
