Vezeeta, a Cairo-based health-tech platform launched in 2015 allows millions of patients across several countries in Africa and the Middle East to search, book, and review the best doctors and medical services in just one minute. It also offers innovative SaaS solutions to thousands of Healthcare personnel listed on its platform.
Last year, the company raised a $40 million Series D funding round to boost its product innovation and finance its expansion globally. It has now launched a new white label-led solution named Vezeeta in a Box. This service allows hospitals and polyclinics to easily and fully integrate with Vezeetas SaaS solution via APIs under their branding enabling patients to enjoy the platform’s streamlined healthcare experience.
The full suite of capabilities includes telehealth follow-up appointments and real-time online booking for doctors in-clinic, operations, labs, scans, and purchase and delivery of prescription medications.
The launch of “Vezeeta-in-a-Box” is supported by a US-based impact VC, TEAMFund, committed to driving tech transformation and healthcare access in emerging markets. Since the launch of the company in Saudi Arabia in Aril, the new product has been integrated with nine polyclinics and three mega hospitals. It will now be made available in other markets starting with Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, and Ghana.
