Charles is the General Manager of the Pewaukee plant in Wisconsin. He and his team cover Wisconsin and Minnesota, the Upper Midwest.

When talking with Charles about his job responsibilities, he said, “my most important job is to support my team.” He ensures they provide the highest level of quality and service at all times. He grew up in the business and has led his team for nearly 20 years. He is excited about the team’s growth and the new state-of-the-art facility coming later this year. The new building will allow Charles and his team to provide more value and solutions to their upper midwest customers.
