Quality assurance and software testing professionals are gathering in Orlando, Florida on May 7-12 at STAREAST. The conference encompasses more than 100 sessions and I along with my colleague, Scott Bell, are hosting one of them on Application Performance Monitoring (APM). Together, we’ve been in the software testing world for more than 40 years and we’re excited to bring our knowledge and best practices for testing and APM to this conference.
Our session is titled: Shifting Performance Left: Integrating Application Performance Monitoring with your Automated and Performance Testing. It will be held on Thursday, May 11, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM in Salon 7. We will demo an APM tool that not only measures performance, but also pinpoints where the problem in performance is centered – whether in the application itself or in the infrastructure delivering it. In addition, we will also discuss designing test processes that uncover bugs and performance issues much earlier in the development cycle.
Outside of our session, we will be continuing the conversation at CenturyLink’s Booth #27 on the exhibit floor. You can also, schedule a dedicated meeting ahead of time so you can see how our services can help you immediately improve your application performance.
If you won’t be at the conference, but still have an interest in learning about our QA & Test Process, I recommend that you add this on demand webcast to your watch list.
