Is the iPhone glitching? surface 2 out of service, esports in India, 240-watt charger in Realme, Honor band 7, LG new Telephoto lens, Ipad mini launch soon, Honor pad V8 pro

Hello readers, It's Satyam back with you to share some of the best new technology updates with you, but first, I'd like to point out that if you haven't read my special blog about how to use Chrome extensions, you can do so by clicking here.

So let's get started on today's blog with a bang.

1. iPhone 14's crash detection glitch.

Yes, if you were on my blog for the past few days regularly, then you have surely read about how the iPhone 14's crash detection saved two lives, and in my view, there is no way to achieve 100 percent perfection, so moving forward, there is always a chance of having glitches and all.

And now we heard that this crash detection has glitch triggers, so in my view, it may be difficult for one individual to have this issue, but when you have the system for over a country, then you can see that this glitch is not a very big discussion to see, but this is with Apple, and every minor mistake is a big gossip.

This time, the smartphone is generating headlines due to a bug discovered in the Crash Detection feature. Apparently, the Apple iPhone 14's crash detection technology is bombarding emergency personnel in Colorado's ski country with automatic crash alarms.

2. The Surface Laptop 2 is out of service.

If you own a Surface Laptop and have been using it since then, bad news: they will not provide any new firmware updates. As stated officially, they are out of service as of yesterday, which is the 27th of December.

Microsoft launched the Surface Laptop 2 in October 2018 with 8th-generation Intel CPUs and a new black colour option. It's been around four years since then, which is how long Microsoft will maintain Surface devices.

The Surface Laptop 3 ultimately replaced it, introducing a 15-inch size for the first time on a Surface product. The Surface Laptop 3 is next in line for end-of-life support, with the date set for October 22, 2023.

3. Esports as a multisport in India

I think it is a big moment for Indian gamers that eSports will be considered a multisport in India. Previously, playing a game in free time and spending lots of time on the phone caused a scolding event in an Indian home by parents toward the children, but now they can make a career of it. Isn't true?

Which games do you play? in your free time or as a professional? I used to enjoy playing BGMI, but not professionally, just with my group for entertainment purposes.

The Government of India gave eSports a huge boost on Tuesday by merging it with traditional sports disciplines in the country.

The President of India, Droupadi Murmu, in exercising the powers "conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution," amended the rules governing Esports and asked the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) and the Sports Ministry to include "e-Sports as part of multi-sport events."

There was a growing desire for Esports to be included in the curriculum of multi-discipline events after it was introduced as a demonstration sport in the 2018 Jakarta Asian Games and medals earned in the sport were not recorded in the official overall medal tally.

Launch after launch

1. A Realme GT Neo 5 with a 240W charger

Focusing on a 240-watt charger, 30 watts and 60 watts were sufficient to charge the phone quickly, but today's market competition is for the highest number. So 240 W chargers are for smartphones, whereas 240 W chargers are for large gaming laptops that need to run large fans inside a few hard disks, or 240 W can now power smart TVs.

I'm not sure who needs such a fast charger and lives such a busy life, so I'm not on board with this because, on the one hand, we're here to save electricity and natural products, but on the other hand, we're wasting like this: on the one hand, we're removing chargers from phone boxes, and on the other, we're using a 240-watt charger, so this is just a marketing idea.

What do you think of this? Mention your thoughts, and I can provide numerous reasons why we don't need a charger like this.

Realme has been in the headlines for a while since the business is expected to show off its 240W charging capabilities with the GT Neo 5. According to reports, the Chinese technological behemoth will launch its leapfrog rapid charging technology on January 5, 2023.

According to a Weibo tweet and poster, Realme has planned a special event in China on January 5 to unveil their leapfrog technology, which is probably the 240W charging that will be included with the Realme GT Neo 5.

2. Honor band 7 is launching.

I am not commenting on this watch because smartwatches are currently a fashion sense, as cheap smartwatches are not providing accurate function but are adding a lot of features inside, and they do not work as they should, so I prefer an analogue watch under INR 5000 over this smartwatch for the sake of doing fashion.

On Monday, Honor debuted its newest fitness band in China. The fitness tracker has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display and is said to have a battery life of up to 14 days on a full charge. It will be offered in three distinct colour versions and will include 96 sports modes.

In terms of pricing, the Honor Band 7 costs CNY 249, which is around $3000. However, it is currently available for CNY 199, which is roughly INR 2,300, as a pre-sale reduced price. The gadget is now available for pre-order on the company's official website and is expected to go on sale in the first week of January 2023.

So what do you think of this? Mention your thoughts on it.

3. LG will launch its telephoto lens.

I said already that this is all about marketing ideas to increase sales and attract customers. So the smartphone companies are always pushing boundaries to attract customers.

Did you really notice? The best devices from Apple and Samsung have 48 MP or 64 MP cameras, but these budget smartphones have 200 MP cameras inside. What are your thoughts on this? Share them in the comments section.

In my opinion, good budget smartphones should have the best processor with the best RAM and ROM inside, a normal camera with the best software for it, and a normal fast charger. That's all I expect from a good budget smartphone, as per the price.

Coming back to the LG lens, this camera module is significant for a variety of reasons, the most notable of which is that it will be included in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-equipped smartphones in 2023.

The camera module will provide photographs of high quality with no deterioration. The business will rely on a "zoom actuator" to swiftly set the focus for this. Furthermore, optical picture stabilisation will be used to reduce blur wherever feasible.

4. The iPad mini can be launched in 2023.

The iPad Mini is the best device for those who need a large screen but not one as large as an 11-inch screen. It is very handy, and many people use it.

This device was not released last year, and it has the property that Apple always releases its successor in an alternate year, but I am currently using an iPad Pro 3rd generation, and I am happy with that, so for the users who were waiting for this device, they have good news.

The iPad Mini isn't a tablet that gets a makeover every year. As a result, tablet aficionados are kept waiting for a year, two years, or even longer. If you've been waiting for information on a new iPad Mini, it appears that one will be released in late 2023 or early 2024. While there don't appear to be any major upgrades for the tablet at this time, a new CPU will be one of its selling features.

5. The Honor Pad V8 Pro was launched.

In this competitive era, all companies are launching their tablets, and because honour will not be left behind, they are producing their tablet's successor.

At a launch event in China on Monday, Honor introduced the Honor Pad V8 Pro tablet, as well as the Honor 80 GT and the Honor Band 7 fitness tracker. The newest tablet from the Chinese company has a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.

The Honor Pad V8 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC and ships with Android 12-based MagicOS 7.0. It also has a single 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.

and as they have launched in China, the price in India should be around INR 30,000 to 40,000 for all the variants.
