Amazfit is a sub-brand of Huami and Also, Huami is a provider of wearable technology for Xiaomi and exclusive maker of the Mi Band as well.
A few days ago, Huami registered Amazfit Band 5 in the FCC database. and the specs look pretty much similar to that of Xiaomi Mi Band 5. So there are bound to be few similarities in the wearables.

Anyways, This wearable first appeared in an article by Androidtr back in March 2020. They discovered code in the Amazfit app that quotes Amazfit Band 5 by its name. And now that it’s been registered in FCC we are sure about the existence of the band.
The documentation available in the FCC database includes photo of the box for the upcoming news. It reveals the name under which the device will be available on the market, as well as several of its most important features.
Amazfit Band 5 will arrive very soon. We do not know the price but here is everything we know so far. It will receive 5ATM water protection which means that it is protected from water when immersed to a depth of 50 meters.
It will have 24Hr heart rate monitoring Multiple sports mode AMOLED display Connected GPS and will be equipped with a 125 mAh battery. This is 10mah less than mi band 5. The device will compatible with Android 5.0 and iOS 10 and support Bluetooth 5.0 technology.
