Two former employees collect Ripple raise funds for the new Cryptocurrency Hedge Fund.
The Commission on securities and exchange Commission (SEC) has received two bids from the January 25 and 26, according to which, the founders Tim Lewkow and Ali lang have started a fundraiser for Fractal Investments, a company that invests in cryptocurrency assets according to a post on its official website. The company Fractal-based Investments last summer, and on their actions to inform mostly through Twitter.
Lang was previously creative Director at Ripple and started working in this position since 2011. Lykov worked in a Ripple from December 2013 to June last year, recently held the position of Manager of integration, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The documents detail two of the organization: more Virtual Currency Investment Fund I LP and Fractal: Private Investment Fund LP, both registered in the state of Delaware. None of the submitted bids does not specify how much money will be collected for each organization.
One thing is for sure that both organizations will invest in growing digital assets.
And even traditional investors are beginning to invest in cryptocurrencies. Last week it became known that a group of veterans of wall street have collected as much as $ 50 million to create so-called “Fund of funds”, also based on cryptocurrencies.
