Windows mobile operating system was first launched in 2000 as pocket PC 2000 (Windows CE). Again in 2003, Windows Mobile changed its name to this mobile OS, by 2007, it was America's most popular smart phone OS. But after 2007, with the popularity of Android and IOS mobile OS, in Windows Mobile 2010, a new way is being put in place to face this contest.

Windows 7 has released new features with this OS, but this reboot was only two years old. In the aftermath of 20012, Microsoft released Microsoft Windows Phone 8. This does not mean that Windows Phone 7 has been upgraded because the new OS needs new phone hardware, Microsoft said.

Windows Phone 8 and several other Windows Phone 8.1 updates released. Windows Phone 8.1 added features like the Cortana / Internet Explorer / Notification Center.

The Continuum feature with the Windows 10 Mobile comes with the most important features like using a smart phone, monitor and keyboard and can be used as a PC, but Microsoft company has evoked it every time.
