2018 Nissan Titan gets a lift kit

Trucks are all the rage at the Chicago Auto Show, so to keep up with the trend, Nissan has announced a new lift kit for the 2018 Nissan Titan and Titan XD models. The new lift kit is available through dealers and includes adjustable coil-over shock absorbers to provide up to three inches of suspension lift.

The bolt-on kits have been developed by California-based ICON Vehicle Dynamics. The kits include adjustable-height coil-over shock absorbers tuned specifically for the Titan and Titan XD, custom rod end bearings and Delta Joints. Nissan says that no cutting or drilling is required to install the kit.

“We worked with ICON, a proven name in suspension lift-kit engineering, to develop the first kits to be offered through our Nissan dealer network,” said Billy Hayes, division vice president, LCV and Trucks, Nissan North America, Inc. “They came back to us with a kit that is easy to install, maintains TITAN and TITAN XD’s impressive factory payload and towing capabilities, and allows the trucks to be returned to stock for resale or end-of-lease return.”

The suspension lift kits will be available beginning spring 2018.
