- One cup of flour
- Three beaten eggs
- 55g of Unsalted Butter
- One cup of water
- Pinch of salt
- 250ml of All Rounder Thickened Cream
- 50g of dark chocolate, melted
- Icing sugar
- The first step is to preheat your oven to 200°C or 180°C for fan-forced.
- Bring to the boil butter, water and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Add the flour, and then cook over a gentle heat, while mixing delicately, until the mixture forms one lump. Remove it from heat and let it cool for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the well-beaten eggs a little at a time until combined and mixture is glossy.
- Pipe table spoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven.
- Decrease the oven heat to moderate and cook for a further 20 minutes. Note; do not to open the oven during cooking!
- Whip the cream until thickened. Sandwich puffs with cream. Drizzle it with melted chocolate or dust with icing sugar.
