To Avoid Fatigue you must first make sure you are sleeping enough.

A varied diet will be more likely to provide the nutritive elements you need to conserve your energy as such avoid monotony.

The sensation of fatigue may be stress-related, particularly when you experience emotional stress. Do you feel tense at home or at work?

Finally, one thing you should not neglect is physical exercise. Whether you are tired or not, get out in the fresh air every day and do some exercise. Walking is the minimum effort one can do, which is necessary for staying in shape.
