Pricing War lead to Shut Down Reliance Communication

Once Reliance Communication a telecom giant headquartered in Mumbai will shut their shop . Due to debt of over Rs 43,000 crore and its all happen due to pricing war after entry of his elder brother Mukesh Ambani owned Jio . Reliance Communication(R com)to shut down their 2G and 3G business operation and voice call services from this November 30 . Moving forward , R Com will operate as an Mobile Virtual Network Organizer (MVNO) offering only 4G services and focusing more on its Business-to-Business segment.

Last year after jio reach the telecom ground comes with heavy destruction on current scenario all telecom companies and operators changes their base plan to fight free jio voice call and data services . Currently Free Services and End now Jio charging subscription for their plan . Reliance Communication is believed to be shut down in November 30 , 2017 it closing down it all wireless business due to heavy loss with fighting Jio Pricing War . Reliance Communication will shut down voice call service from December 1 and its customers are free to port to another telecom operator as per Direction issued by Telecom Regulator Trai .

Only such area like ILD Voice , Consumer Voice and 4G Dongle Postpaid Subscriber will be running , everything else will be shut down. Reliance Digital Big Tv also going to shut down this year Reliance Communication are not looking for renew their expiring license ultimately in shut down of Direct to home(DTH) Services . DTH operations are non-core area of business of Rcom . Rcom looking to merge with other leading operation for uninterrupted services .

Anil Ambani’s Reliance Communications announced on Monday it had entered into an agreement with Veecon Media & Television Ltd (VMTL) to sell the equity shares of its non-core DTH business. VMTL will get close to 1.2 million customers and 500 employees of the RCom subsidiary — Reliance Big TV Ltd — as part of the deal.
