Even if it’s one-year-old, Horizon: Zero Dawn still gets frequent updates from Guerrilla Games. Right now, players can download the update 1.52.
Unknown Facts – Horizon: Zero Dawn Was a Co-op Game
Before checking out the very short list of Patch Notes, let’s see what the Game Director on Horizon: Zero Dawn, Mathijs De Jonge, said about the game. He gave an interview for a video documentary, in which he talked about the beginnings of the game and how from a co-op gameplay, they finished what we all know today as Horizon: Zero Dawn.
Some of the highlights of the video were of him stating that the map of the game was 50 times bigger than what we know and that we would have gotten only 50% of the features and game content if they would have kept the co-op gameplay.
Here is the list of updates and changes that come with the latest update. The patch notes have been posted on the game’s Reddit page. The update doesn’t contain too many changes, only some minor UI tweaks in the main menu, a new option of buying expansions, and some bug fixes were solved after reports of game crashing.

Fixes: there were various crash issue that have been fixed.
While this update is not as consistent as the previous one in November, 2017, it’s great to see Guerrilla Games still making sure that their fans experience Aloy’s journey 100% with no issues. We can’t wait to see the next title!
Talking about Horizon: Zero Dawn, if you’ve also played Monster Hunter: World, then you’ll enjoy both games with the latest addition of themed quests from Horizon: Zero Dawn. In Monster Hunter, players will be able to craft a Palico weapon – the ‘Machine Beast Neko Grinder’ and get some themed rewards too!
