Yawar Yasin and Ch. Ali Asghar has been elevated to Member Technical and Member Compliance and Enforcement at Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, we have reviewed.

This decision was made during a cabinet meeting at the prime minister's office under the head of the carer's premier today.

For those who do not know, PTA consists of three members, namely: Technology, Finance and Compliance. One member is appointed as the chairman of the authority.

Mr. Muhammad Naveed, who was hired as member funding, is currently the chairman of the authority.

Slots for members of PTA were evacuated after Dr. Ismail Shah, Mr. Tariq Sultan and Mr. Abdul Samad completed their respective tenures.

Both Mr. Yawar Yasin as Ch. Ali Asghar are old and seasoned PTA officials who served prior to today's appointments as DGs of their respective departments.
