1. Creamy chicken cheese dough
Ingredients
Cooked pasta of your choice – 1 package
Chicken without bone – 1/2 kg
Capsicum (diced) – 1
Olives – 1/2 cup
Mushrooms – 1/2 cup
Grated cheese (Mozzarella / Cheddar) – 1 cup
Oil – 4 el
Grated garlic – 4 cloves
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
Soy Sauce – 2 tablespoons
Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
Chili sauce – 2 tablespoons
Ketchup – 1/4 cup
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Melted butter / oil – 2-3 tablespoons
Flower for all purposes – 4 tablespoons
Milk – 1 cup
Method
For chicken:
- Heat oil in a pan. Bake the grated garlic. Throw in the chicken cubes and add salt, red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, ketchup, mustard and the rest of the sauces.
- Let it cook until the chicken is soft.
For white sauce:
- Heat the butter / oil in the pan. Add the flour for all purposes, salt, black pepper powder and oregano to taste and mix well until a dough is formed.
- Gradually add milk and whisk until all lumps are dissolved and the sauce thickens.
Assembly
- Take an ovenproof dish and cover it with oil / butter. Throw in cooked pasta, boiled chicken, white sauce and garnish with peppers, olives, mushrooms and finally the grated cheese. Sprinkle some oregano on top.
- Turn the oven on to grill / roast over medium heat. Place the dish in the oven and leave it until the cheese melts and turns brown.
- Sprinkle some fresh parsley over it when the pasta is ready and serve.
2. Dum Ka Qeema
Ingredients
Ground beef – 1/2 kg
Oil – 4 tablespoons
Chopped onions – 2
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Papaya pasta – 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Pasta – 1 tablespoon
Minced green peppers – 2
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander minced – handful
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Method
- Mix papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, chopped green peppers and all dry herbs (except garam masala) in yogurt and add the mixture to ground beef. And let it marinate only one night.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cut onions. When the onion is golden brown, add the minced meat together with the yoghurt mixture. Cover the pan and let it cook until well cooked.
- As soon as the excess moisture has dried up and the minced meat is ready, sprinkle the garam masala and mix well. Get it off the flame.
- In the meantime, take a small coal and heat it until it is piping hot. Take a small piece of foil and place it in the middle of the pan. Pour a few drops of oil into the pan and immediately cover the pan, let the smoky aroma penetrate well into the cooked minced meat.
- After 5-10 minutes if the smoke is well integrated in the minced meat, remove the cabbage and the foil and add the freshly chopped coriander and the lemon juice
- Garneer with slices of ginger and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
3. Mango Delight
Ingredients
Mango (cut into small blocks) – 2
Mango layer – 2 packs
Whipped cream – 2 packages
Sugar – to taste
Method
- Make the jelly according to the instructions of the packaging and let it cool down. Once the jelly is placed, cut out small cubes.
- Beat cream with sugar.
- Take a serving dish / glass, first put the mango and the jelly, followed by whipped cream. Repeat the process. Finally garnish with mango and jelly products.
- Serve chilled.
4. Mint Mint
Ingredients
Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 1 ½ cups
Lemon (cut) – 1
Mint leaves – 5 leaves
Sugar – ½ cup
Water – 5 cups
Ice – optional
Method
- Heat a pan with ¼ cup of water. Add sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pack a jug full of water. Add ice-cream, mint leaves, sugar syrup, sliced lemon and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix each other.
- Enjoy the chilled and refreshing mint lemonade!
5. Watermelon-Lemon Fizz
Ingredients
Watermelons (coarsely chopped) – 4 cups
Lemons – 2
Sugar – to taste
Salt – a small pinch
Carbonated drink (preferably not colored) – 2 cups
Method
- Mix the watermelons, the freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and sugar. You get a thick puree.
- Put it in the freezer until it is cooled.
- Take glasses filled with ice cubes and pour the chilled puree, followed by a carbonated drink
- Garnish with watermelon cubes and slices of lemon.
- Serve immediately.
6. Dahi Papri Chaat
Ingredients
Yoghurt – 1 cup
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – to taste
Chaat masala – for herbs
Cooked chickpeas – 1/2 cup
Cooked potatoes (diced) – 1/2 cup
Chutney of Tamarind – for topping
Coriander chutney – for topping
Sev – for garnishing
Papri – 10
Method
- Beat yogurt smooth and season with salt and sugar.
- Put the papris on a dish and fill them with chickpeas and potato cubes. Pour over a spoonful of yogurt, followed by both chutneys. Season with chaat masala and garnish with sev.
- Serve.
7. Mini sandwiches
Ingredients
Cooked and shredded chicken – 1 cup
BBQ sauce – 2 tablespoons
Iceberg lettuce – according to need
Mayonnaise – 4 tablespoons
Salt – for herbs
Black pepper powder – for herbs
Bread slices – 10
Method
- Add BBQ sauce to the grated chicken and mix well.
- Chop coarse and add mayonnaise. Season with a little salt and black pepper powder.
- Mix the chicken in the mayo and salad dressing.
- Now take a slice of bread and put a thick layer of the prepared batter and cover it with another slice of bread. Cut the sandwich diagonally into four pieces. Serve.
8. Chocolate brownie balls
Ingredients
Brownie-mix – 1 box
Melted chocolate – 1 cup

Method
- Follow the instructions on the packaging of the brownie mix and prepare the brownies. You can also prepare the brownies by following the normal recipe.
- As soon as the brownies cool down, take them out of the pan and crumble them in a large bowl.
- Make small balls from the crumbled brownies and let them freeze for one to two hours.
- Now take each frozen ball brownie and immerse it in the melted chocolate and cover it evenly.
- Place the chocolate-covered brownie balls on a bowl and sprinkle some sprinkles over them.
- Let them cool well in the refrigerator until the chocolate is well set. The chocolate brownie balls are ready to be served.
9. Khattay Aaloo
Ingredients
Cooked potatoes (diced) – 1/2 kg
Tamarind pulp – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Crushed coriander seeds – 2 teaspoons
Crushed cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Minced green peppers – 2
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Oil – 1/3 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled potato cubes together with all dry spices and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add tamarind pulp and water. Mix well. Let the water come to a boil, cover and cook until the water dries.
- Spoon it out and sprinkle green peppers and fresh coriander over it. Serve.
10. Potato Cheese Balls
Ingredients
Mashed potatoes – 2 cups
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Cooked and shredded chicken – 1 cup
Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Chaat masala – tests
Egg – for coating
clickpad – for coating
Oil – to roast
Method
- Take a large bowl and mix mashed potatoes, butter, chicken, cheese, salt and chaat masala .
- Make small potato balls and wrap them in eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Bake until golden brown. Serve hot.
11. Mini Burgers
Ingredients
Minced beef – 1/2 kg
Slice of bread – 1
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Chili sauce – 2 tablespoons
Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
Oregano – 1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
Ketchup – 1/2 cup
Mustard – 2 teaspoon
Slices of tomato / onion / cucumber – if necessary
Skip from lettuce – as needed
Cheese slices (optional) – 12
Mini buns – 12
Method
For beef pâté:
- Mix ground beef, slices of bread, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce and 1 teaspoon of mustard in a food processor.
- Make small patties and fry them.
For hamburgersaus:
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, 1 tablespoon vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard, black pepper and a pinch of oregano.
Assembly
- Take the bottom half of the sandwich and cover it with the sauce, garnish with the pastry followed by tomato / onion / cucumber slices. Finally add a cheese slice (optional).
- Bring hamburgersaus on the top half of the bun and add it to the remaining burger.
- Miniburgers are ready to be served.
12. Sweet and Sour Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
Chicken drums – 12
Balsamic vinegar – 1/2 cup
Honey – 1/2 cup
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Lemon juice – from 1 lemon
Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
Grated garlic – 3 cloves
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place the marinade in a pan and let it come to a boil and let it simmer on low heat until it thickens.
- Pour the sauce on the fried chicken and throw it in the oven for a few minutes.
- Dish out in a bowl and serve.
13. Bhel Puri
Ingredients
Murmuray – 4 cups
Sev – 2 head
Papri – 10-12
Chopped onion – 2
Minced tomatoes – 2
Minced green peppers – 3
Cooked potatoes (diced) – 2
Coriander chutney – 4 tablespoons
Tamarind chutney – 4 tablespoons
Chaat masala – for herbs
Salt – for herbs
Method
- Throw everything together in a bowl and mix well.
- Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve.
