Flower for all purposes – 4 tablespoons

Milk – 1 cup

Method

For chicken:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Bake the grated garlic. Throw in the chicken cubes and add salt, red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, ketchup, mustard and the rest of the sauces.
  2. Let it cook until the chicken is soft.

For white sauce:

  1. Heat the butter / oil in the pan. Add the flour for all purposes, salt, black pepper powder and oregano to taste and mix well until a dough is formed.
  2. Gradually add milk and whisk until all lumps are dissolved and the sauce thickens.

Assembly

  1. Take an ovenproof dish and cover it with oil / butter. Throw in cooked pasta, boiled chicken, white sauce and garnish with peppers, olives, mushrooms and finally the grated cheese. Sprinkle some oregano on top.
  2. Turn the oven on to grill / roast over medium heat. Place the dish in the oven and leave it until the cheese melts and turns brown.
  3. Sprinkle some fresh parsley over it when the pasta is ready and serve.

2. Dum Ka Qeema

Ground beef – 1/2 kg

Oil – 4 tablespoons

Chopped onions – 2

Yogurt – 1/2 cup

Papaya pasta – 1 tablespoon

Ginger Garlic Pasta – 1 tablespoon

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Fresh coriander minced – handful

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

  1. Mix papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, chopped green peppers and all dry herbs (except garam masala) in yogurt and add the mixture to ground beef. And let it marinate only one night.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the cut onions. When the onion is golden brown, add the minced meat together with the yoghurt mixture. Cover the pan and let it cook until well cooked.
  3. As soon as the excess moisture has dried up and the minced meat is ready, sprinkle the garam masala and mix well. Get it off the flame.
  4. In the meantime, take a small coal and heat it until it is piping hot. Take a small piece of foil and place it in the middle of the pan. Pour a few drops of oil into the pan and immediately cover the pan, let the smoky aroma penetrate well into the cooked minced meat.
  5. After 5-10 minutes if the smoke is well integrated in the minced meat, remove the cabbage and the foil and add the freshly chopped coriander and the lemon juice
  6. Garneer with slices of ginger and lemon wedges. Serve hot.

3. Mango Delight
