Information for users

The hackers have violated the systems of the Company and stolen data including telephone numbers, addresses, e-mails, usernames and travel data of customers and captains

For customers who had linked their credit card details to their accounts, Careem said that "there was no proof that your password or credit card number was compromised ".

Users are advised to check their e-mails, bank accounts and credit card details and to update their passwords, just to be sure.
