United Motors is expected to launch an 800cc hatchback to halt the endless reign of Suzuki Mehran. This was confirmed by the company's officials because the company has now applied for copyrights for the design of their car. The application has been submitted to the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO).

The company is the second largest manufacturer of motorcycles in Pakistan and has already confirmed its entry into the four-wheel trade. According to Muhammad Afzal, General Manager of United Motor,

United Auto Industries is entering the production of cars and pick-ups. The company will use Chinese technology and market its vehicles under the brand name United. The local assembly of these vehicles begins in the first half of 2018.
