How To Use Document Links

Like most businesses, you probably has a lot of files related to orders, customers, vendor etc. to keep track of.  For example, you might want to keep your pick tickets with your orders.  You might also need to have easy access to tax exemption documentation for vendors.  You can achieve this using Document Links in P21.

What Is Document Links?

Document Links is an easy way to keep track of all of your files related to a record.  The tab is found on windows like Item Maintenance, Orders, and Shipping.  You can even customize where the links appear.  For example, you can set the link up in Item Maintenance and have it appear in Order Entry or Assembly Maintenance.
