Samsung is all set to launch its Galaxy S9 Lite smartphone or as some are calling it Samsung Galaxy S8 Lite. Launching Galaxy S8 Lite in 2018 doesn’t make sense, so we are going with Galaxy S9 Lite. The Samsung Galaxy S9 Lite is expected to launch in China on 21st May.

A china exclusive Samsung smartphone with model number G8750 is with the Chinese retailer JD.com, which is believed to be the Galaxy S9 Lite. Popular tipster @MMDDj has shared several promotional images along with the news about availability and launch.

The design looks exactly like the Samsung Galaxy S9 in Red and Black colour variants. The smartphone is expected to be powered by a 2.2Ghz processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Galaxy S9 Lite will sport the Samsung’s infinity 18:5:9 aspect ratio display.

It will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and will house a 16-megapixel sensor at the back. Samsung Galaxy S8 Lite or S9 Lite will come with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter and will have all the important sensor.
