Asus has finally launched its Zenfone Max Pro M1 smartphone in India on Monday. The smartphone is priced at ₹10,999 for the 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage variant and ₹12,999 for the 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage variant. It will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart starting 3rd May 2018.
It will be made available in Midnight Black and Grey colour variants and comes with many launch offers. The smartphone will be available with no-cost-emi via Bajaj finserv and credit cards on the first day. Along with this Vodafone prepaid users will get additional 10GB Data for 12 months on recharge of ₹199 and above.

For the Vodafone Red postpaid users, they will get 10GB additional data for 1 year with ₹399 plan. The ₹499 plan users will get free Red protect access. Lastly, Flipkart and Asus have partnered to bring Complete Mobile Protection – It covers broken screens, liquid damage, hardware and software faults for ₹49/year.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 Specifications
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is powered by the Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with Adreno 609 GPU. It comes in 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM variants with 32GB/64GB internal storage variants. The 6GB RAM variant will be launched later. The smartphone sports a 5.99-inch full HD+ Full View 18:9 aspect ratio display and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
It is a pure stock version of Android Oreo and Asus has promised Android P and Android Q update for the smartphone. ZenFone Max Pro M1 comes with a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f.2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor for depth sensing.

Coming to the front facing camera, it sports an 8-megapixel selfies camera with an 85-degree wide angle lens and f/2.0 aperture. The dual-SIM smartphone comes with a soft selfie flash and supports expandable storage up to 2TB. It houses a massive 5,000mAh battery and comes with a 10W fast charger.
The 6GB RAM variant comes with a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup and a 16-megapixel front-facing sensor. Rest of the specifications are same and we don’t know when this variant will be made available. This variant is priced at ₹14,999, giving some serious competition to the Redmi Note Pro.
