ZTE is all set to launch a new budget smartphone later this month at MWC 2018 in Barcelona. The Chinese smartphone maker is expected to launch its Blade V9 smartphone at the Mega event. ZTE Blade V8 was launched last year at CES 2017 and its successor ZTE Blade is expected to be priced similarly.
According to a report by Android Headlines, ZTE is planning to launch the Blade V9 later this month at Mobile World Congress. The smartphone is expected to sport a 5.7-inch full-HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display. It will have glass to the front and back and metal frame all around.

ZTE Blade V9 is expected to be powered the Snapdragon 450 processor coupled with 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM and 16GB/32GB and 64GB of internal storage. It will also come with a microSD card slot for storage expansion will have on-screen navigation keys. Blade V9 will have a rear placed fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone will also come with a dual camera setup. It will have a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies, ZTE has gone with a 5-megapixel sensor and will house a 3,200mAh battery. ZTE Blade V9 will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and will come with 4GB VoLTE support.
