After teasing it for some days Oneplus has finally launched another variant of its latest flagship smartphone called OnePlus 5T Sandstone White edition. The smartphone is priced at $559 around ₹35,400 and is available in 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant. It will be available at 10 AM ET on 10th January on OnePlus Website.
This looks pretty similar to the OnePlus 5T Stars Wars edition launched last month India. The only difference is the absence of Star Wars logo and Wallpapers. The smartphone comes with a Face Unlock feature which lets you unlock your device within 0.4 seconds. Just double tap your display and it will use your eyes and nose to unlock the device.
OnePlus 5T will sport a 6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED 18:9 aspect ratio display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. It will be powered by a 2.4GHz Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. It will come in 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage configurations.
It will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with Android Oreo update coming soon. It has the same camera configurations with 20 megapixels + 16-megapixel camera at the back but this time there is a new 20-megapixel sensor with a f/1.7 aperture to gather more light. It comes with the same 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.The dual-SIM smartphone houses a 3,300mAh battery and dash charge support.
