Google, Apple, and Amazon, All three big tech companies have launched their smart speakers and one of their biggest competitor Samsung also announced back in August that they are working on a Smart Speakers and will launch them soon.
According to a report by Bloomberg, Samsung is aiming to launch its Smart speakers in the first half of 2018 and are planning to price them at around $200. Do note Apple’s HomePod is still not out, Apple had only announced it and will be launched in early 2018 at a price of $349.
If Samsung can bring an improved version of its assistant and some good audio at $200, it can give some serious competition to the others. Though Google Home and Amazon Echo are priced really well at $129 and $99. Though Bixby has gotten better over time and there are certain things only Bixby can do but it still not up to the mark.

Bixby is good at following commands in sequence but we want something like Google Assistant in a Smart Speaker which can answer our questions in a more natural way. Let’s hope that Samsung improves Bixby and comes with some awesome smart speakers. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for more tech updates.
