Great Ways To Deal With Rejection

The fear of Rejection is one of our deepest human fears. These fear-based thoughts keep revolving in our minds, we may become upset, depressed or worried.

If we can have a more friendly, accepting relationship with the feelings that emerge within us as a result of being rejected, then we can heal more quickly and move on with our lives.

Here are some great ways to deal with rejection positively, so that you can learn and grow from it.

1- Try not to take it personally. We can’t control the minds and actions of others

Whatever happens around you, don’t take it Personally. Taking things personally makes you easy prey for these predators, the black magicians.

Things other people do is not because of you. It is because of themselves. When we take something personally, we assume that they know what is in our world, and we try to impose our world on their world.

2- Overcome your inner critic

Your inner critic is the part of your personality that tells you you’re not good enough. While this can sometimes help you improve, it might also keep you stuck in a rut.

Use your inner critic to help you become your best self. That means that it should encourage you to take action and try new things, not hold you back from doing stuff.

3- Take time to cool off & process the event
