Important Note: Only on full release of Windows Professional or Enterprise edition you can install Remote Server Administration, otherwise you will receive this message on your screen while trying to install ADUC "This update does not qualify for your computer".
Guidelines for Windows 8 and Windows 10 Users with Version 1803 or Lower
1. Download and install Remote Server Administrator Tools on your Windows operating system from the links given below:-

2. Right click on Start button and go to Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features >> Turn Windows features on or off.
3. Press R or scroll down and expand Remote Server Administration Tools, then expand Role Administration Tools and then finally expand AD DS and AD LDS Tools.
4. Make sure that AD DS Tools is check marked and then click on OK button.
5. Type Administrative tools in the search bar next to Start button and open this option. From there you can select any of the Active Directory tools as shown below.

In higher version of Windows 10 RSAT is available as a feature. Follow the steps given below in order to add this as a feature on your PC.
1. Right click Start button and go to Settings >> Apps >> Manage optional features >> Add feature.
2. Press R and locate RSAT:Active Directory Domain Services and Lightweight Directory Tools.
3. Once you have located it, click Install and the Windows will start installing this feature on your PC.
To open this feature you can simply go to Start >> Windows Administrative Tools.
