How to setup Fingerprint scanner on Moto E4 & E4 Plus


Go to Settings, scroll down to Security and tap the Fingerprint in the Security. Enable Fingerprint where you need to enter Pattern or Fingerprint + PIN or Fingerprint + Password once this is done then keep fingerprint on the scanner on enabling it.Users can Add up to 5 Fingerprints. Fingerprint Scanner on E4 and E4 Plus is Active Scanner which is fast and responsive.use Fingerprint Scanner to lock the Phone.

 You can also use the Fingerprint sensor as the home button, swipe to the right to bring out the recent apps and swipe to the left to go back.You can find it on Moto App , Select Actions -One Nav button here's are Functions Swipe left to Go Back, Tap to Home,  Swipe from Right to left to go back, Left to right to open recent apps, Tap and Hold to enable lock screen, Tap and Hold sensor until you feel long buzz to open Google  assistant. This also works fine

There is No App lock feature using Fingerprint Scanner available preloaded but there are many third party apps like App Locker, FingerSecurity which let you use fingerprint scanner to unlock Apps
