German DAB Specialist, Sonoro has been available in the UK for the last few years, however, led by a new dedicated team headed up by business consultant and former Vivanco MD Neil Drain, the brand’s products are being made available to leading CE and audio specialist retailers.

The company will be extending its existing customer network to guarantee nationwide coverage of its new generation products. The manufacturer is confident that users will be impressed by its lifestyle product, the Sonoro CD2. Developed in conjunction with sleep specialists, it features a number of relaxation soundtracks as well as smart light automation.

The company was founded in 2005 by Marcell Faller, who now serves as CEO. While working with audio manufacturers he saw a niche in the marketplace that he felt was largely unmet. Marcell observed that the middle market “was flooded with drab plastic radios,” leading him to design a line of compact tabletop audio products.
