Asus unveiled the flagship model of the ZenFone 3 family called ZenFone 3 Deluxe, during the Zenvolution press event at Computex 2016. The Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe is being touted as the world’s first full-metal unibody phone with an invisible antenna design, and that’s technically true.

The Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with brilliant 5.7-inch IPS LCD touchscreen display with a resolution of full HD 1080p by 1920p. It measures 156.4 x 77.4 x 7.5 mm.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe will run on quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and it comes with 6 gigabyte of RAM. The phone packs 64 gigabyte of internal storage which can be expanded up to 246 gigabyte via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe packs a 23-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

Asus has made a big deal out of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe’s camera technology. There’s laser autofocus and phase detection autofocus, with used depending on lighting conditions. Asus reckons it takes just 0.03s to focus in on a moving object. The Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe runs Android and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery.

Asus has added a slight curve to the edge, that makes it comfortable hold. The front is coated in Gorilla Glass, and the bottom of the phone has dedicated touch buttons for home, back and the task view, saving on-screen space.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe is a dual SIM phone. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope and Accelerometer. Connectivity options include GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi.
