The transfer window is always intense, and even more so in England. But sometimes things get a little out of hand and it becomes almost comical.

That is exactly what has happened here after Manchester United transfer target and current Leicester player Harry Maguire tweeted a red Heart Emoji, a subtle change from his tweet few days ago when he used a blue heart emoji.

Fans were in two minds on Twitter, with some claiming that the ‘red’ heart emoji was a definitive sign that Maguire is heading to Old Trafford, and some others just dismissing it as plain nonsense.

Whatever the case, it remains to be seen whether the tweet was any indication of the Leicester man’s desire to move to the Manchester-based club.
