6-goal midfielder shows why he can be West Ham's next breakthrough star

Nebyla has been in sensational form for West Ham's academy this season and he continued in this fashion on the international stage. The Slovakia U19 starlet scored in a 2-1 win.

Slovakia played against Cyprus in the U19 Euro qualifiers. In the Tullo Morgagni Stadium in Forli, Italy, Nebyla opened the scoring in the 26th minute for his country's U19 team. Daniil Paroutis hit back for Cyprus but Slovak skipper Filip Lichy scored the winner on the hour mark.

Nebyla has scored six goals and provided one assist in just seven games for West Ham U18s this season. The 17-year-old is now showing what he can do on the international scene and Dmitri Halajko (Hammers U23 boss) will have his eyes on him. He is one to watch for the first-team in the near future.

Meanwhile, in Group 11 of the U19 Euro qualifiers, England thumped Luxembourg in Skopje, Macedonia. Alese started in central defence for the young Lions, keeping a clean sheet in the 4-0 win.

Manchester City teenager Taylor Harwood-Bellis partnered Alese at the back and opened the scoring in the 17th minute. Fiorentina's Bobby Duncan then scored two before Arsenal's Xavier Amaechi rounded off the scoring.

Alese played the first half before he was replaced by Chelsea's Clinton Mola. With England 3-0 up, it was wise to rest the 18-year-old, who has played a lot of senior football for Accrington Stanley recently. Alese is another player who has a bright future in East London.
