On Sunday, the Detroit Lions used a late 52-yard field goal by Matt Prater to escape the Windy City with a 27-24 win. The victory moved the Lions to 6-4 on the season, two games back of the NFC North-leading Minnesota Vikings (8-2) who also won on Sunday afternoon.

Following Prater’s field goal, the Chicago Bears had a chance to send the game to overtime. In fact, all they had to do is convert a 46-yard field goal to tie the game up 27-27.
But, as you will see below, Bears kicker Connor Barth let his nerves get the best of him and he missed by a mile. After watching the miss, replay the video and watch as the Bears mascot cannot believe what he just saw.
