Man City Won Again, Chelsea Held

Manchester City continue to cruise their way in the English Premier League as Pep Guardiola’s men picked up another three points on their weekend fixture, defeating Bournemouth 4-0 at home.

Keen on maintaining their winning run in the league, Man City immediately took control of proceedings as they push forward vigorously and got themselves ahead on 27 minutes through Sergio Aguero’s effort.

City’s dominance didn’t stop after the break as they kept on pouring forward in search for more goals which they eventually got starting with Raheem Sterling who made it 2-0 on 53 minutes.

Aguero added another on 79 minutes to complete his brace before Danilo sealed the home team’s victory with his goal five minutes from time as Guardiola’s side got their 17th straight league win.

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s title hope that’s already falling away, continue to drift as Antonio Conte’s men only picked up a point from their latest league fixture against Everton.

The Blues were keen on collecting another three points to at least getting themselves closer with second place seat, Manchester United.

However, the defending champion were not having it easy as their opponent are on the rise recently, playing with good confidence following their recent good runs.

Despite dominating most of the proceedings, Chelsea struggle to break down Everton’s defense as no goals were scored until the final whistle was blown.
