Another Virgil Abloh-designed AF1 is on the way. This time around he links up with MoMA (Museum of Modern Art), designed by Yoshio Taniguchi located in Midtown Manhattan in New York City, to create the MoMA x Virgil Nike Air Force 1 ’07 you see above.
The MoMA x Virgil Nike Air Force 1 ’07 comes in a Black leather finish accented by the Metallic Silver hits. Details on the shoe include the “AIR” on the midsole, the OFF-WHITE text branding on the side panels, Nike Air placed on the side of the tongue, laces with “SHOELACES” branding on them and an Orange tab placed right under the Metallic Silver Swoosh.
The MoMA x Virgil Nike Air Force 1 ’07 will be releasing soon as part of an upcoming exhibit at The Museum of Modern Art. A pair of matching socks will also be included. Look for the MoMA x Virgil Nike Air Force 1 ’07 to release during the month of February for the retail price of $200. Stay tuned as more release info begins to surface.
