This version of the sneaker basically pays tribute to a classic Penny Hardaway ad from 1995 with the Lil Penny figure “Hey Penny” poster as part of the campaign for Hardaway’s signature shoe. Covered in a white foam shell, the upper is detailed with black text mimicking the quotes seen from the original poster.
