A.J. Bouye loves cold weather NFL games because of Hot Chocolate - ESPN.com
There’s at least one Jacksonville Jaguars player looking forward to the windy, wintry conditions that are forecast for Cleveland on Sunday.
Why would cornerback A.J. Bouye -- the NFL's reigning defensive player of the week -- be excited about The Weather Channel’s prediction of temperature in the 30s, 25-30 mph winds, and snow flurries?
Hot chocolate.
The Cleveland Browns are awful, this isn’t a trap game - BigCatCountry.com
I don’t know if it’s just because people need time to fill or if it’s just still some open wounds from the Jacksonville Jaguars being so bad nearly the past decade, but this talk of worrying about the Cleveland Browns and it being a trap game is absurd. No disrespect to Browns fans, because believe me I know what it’s like to be a fan of an awful team and grasping at straws, but the Browns are awful and there is no way the Jaguars should be anywhere close to losing this football game.
Sure, “Any given Sunday,” and yada yada yada… but man, the Browns stink out loud.
Even incomplete deep passes are beneficial - Jacksonville.com
The passing chart showed Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles was only 1 of 9 on attempts that traveled at least 20 yards in the air during last week’s win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The lone completion was 36 yards to receiver Keelan Cole.
But heading into Sunday’s game at Cleveland – and the Browns’ fourth-ranked rush defense – continuing to take shots downfield could benefit the Jaguars’ underneath passing game.
