Jaguars begin veteran mini-camp

The Jacksonville Jaguars begin mandatory Veteran mini-camp on Tuesday morning. If you’re reading this right now, Practice is on-going as the team moved up their practice time to avoid the afternoon thunderstorms anticipated this week. These practices, unlike organized team activities (OTAs), are mandatory and the team can fine players for not showing up. Thankfully, everyone who is supposed to be in attendance has reported, including veteran offensive lineman Branden Albert.

The schedule for the Jaguars mini-camp practices are as follows:

  • Tuesday, June 13 - 8:45 - 11:05 a.m.
  • Wednesday, June 14 - 8:45 - 11:05 a.m.
  • Thursday, June 15 - 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Portions of these practices will be available to the media, but like OTA practices they cannot view the whole practice or report many specifics such as who plays where, formations and how people actually look in the practice.

Veteran mini-camp, unlike previous years, is not open to the public and will have limited media reporting availability.
