Jill Miller, former Head of People + Culture at H+K Strategies, has formally agreed to join Excel Sports Management as their new Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Miller’s story begins with humble beginnings, graduating with a BA in accounting from George Washington University. From there, she bounced from analytics job to landing her first management role with IMG. Originally the Controller of IMG Models, Miller climbed the totem poll where she ultimately landed the position of Vice President of Human Resources with the company.

After fifteen years, Miller moved on and led the H+K Strategies team in HR, serving as a supervisor for all functions including onboarding, retention, employee relations and compensation.

Miller’s wide breadth of knowledge will be crucial to the continued fruition of Excel, as she plans to work in the New York City corporate office.

Excel Sports Management is a full-service agency which houses athletes from more than four sports. Some of the athletes represented by Excel include Ryan Tannehill, Brandon Ingram, and Justin Thomas.
