There was so much love in the air at the Camp Nou as Barcelona hosted Chapeceonse at the Camp Nou on Monday night
Both teams competed for the Gamper trophy which was Barcelona;s own way of showing support after the tragic incident last November.
It was an emotional night, with the survivors from the crash, Jakson Follmann, Neto and Alan Ruschel, who took to the field before the match.
And midfielder Alan Ruschel played his second game since surviving plane crash which killed 19 Chapecoense players.
Even though the Chape fans went back home disappointed with the result (5-0), they were extremely grateful to Barcelona for the gesture.
One picture has already gone viral and the Barcelona fans are loving the appreciation.
On fan held up a sign that read: “Thanks Barcelona for the help in the reconstruction of our Chape”
