There’s still a lot of hurt in Paris after Paris Saint-Germain were knocked out of the Champions League.

Barcelona completed an impossible comeback, scoring three goals in seven minutes. And there has been a lot of dust in the air over the game particularly the referee’s decision.

A petition has already been launched online to get the game replayed. However, the petition is just as useless as anything you can think of and only an official Complain would do.

PSG launch official complain to UEFA over Barcelona comeback

And PSG have now taken the right steps to show their disappointment in the game by sending an official complain. The French giants have been in consultations with world-renowned referees to make their case solid.

PSG directors are not expecting the game to be replayed as this is impossible. But they want to get more respect when it comes to such high profile games.

Among the instances they say was wrongly called by referee, Deniz Aytekin, are:

Mascherano’s hand ball after a cross from Draxler in the first half.

No second yellow card for Pique in 41st minute after a tackle on Cavani

Wrong decision on Neymar’s penalty as they feel he dived. Messi stepped up to convert the spot kick in the 50th minute.

PSG also feel Neymar deserved to be shown a second yellow after kicking Marquinhos.

No penalty after a Di Maria cross touched Pique’s hand

No penalty or red card given for a Mascherano tackle on Di Maria who was through on goal.

The late Penalty against Marquinhos was also deemed to be a wrong call. PSG says Luis Saurez dive and was not touched by the Brazilian.
