Wiz: Free Agency & Summer League

NBA Free Agency begins tonight at midnight. The Association wide moratorium runs until July 6th. Teams may actually begin signing free agents at 1201am EST on July 7th

The Wizards have six players under contract, including Bradley Beal who will receive a max, or near max offer. A pair of second round picks have been playing in Europe and may be on the roster for the 2016-’17 season. Due to a number of open roster spots, un-drafted free agents have been very receptive to joining the Summer League roster.

The NBA holds three Summer Leagues, the Wizards participate in Las Vegas, the largest of the three.

7/12 @ 4:30 vs. Atlanta
7/13 @10:30 vs TimberWolves
7/15 @ 6:30 vs Heat

Note: After the three preliminary games, the Wizards will be seeded in a tournament, culminating with the championship on July 18th.
