PROBABLE LIVERPOOL TEAM TO FACE HULL

Liverpool face Hull City at New Anfield at 3:00pm on Saturday with a lot at stake. For Jurgen Klopp's team it is a chance to climb into the coveted top four while Mike Phelan's side can join Liverpool on ten points should they win today.

Both teams did well in the EFL Cup mid-week with Hull beating Stoke and a Liverpool side seeing off Derby at the 'Ipro' 3-0.

Those playing against Nigel Pearson's side on Tuesday can largely have a breather as Klopp is likely to restore most of the team that won so well at Chelsea last week.

James Pearce of The Echo suggests that Karius will get the nod in goal instead of Simon Mignolet, while Daniel Sturridge is reportedly not fit enough to start for the Reds, I agree.

We should be good enough to beat a Hull side which ex-Manc Steve Bruce walked away from while his former side-kick Mike Phelan has them playing well, just 3 points behind the Reds.
